No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewellery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. All purchases made on our website are final sale.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Replacement requests without photo/video proof may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot offer replacement or support for:

  • Damage due to improper handling or storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved, we will guide you through the process. In most cases, customers may need to ship the item back to us.
